I met Shirley and her husband Tom when we were in search for a new home. Right away Shirley made us feel like she was a friend and someone we trusted that they had our best interest going into this process. On a daily basis we would get email updates and phone calls letting us know that a home that met our criteria had just came available. It was always a great experience going to look at properties with Shirley. You could tell she did her homework on every property before she met with us. She was so personable that we felt like she was our friend which made us want to buy a home from her. By the time we picked a home I knew she would make it the easiest process possible and it was thanks to her professionalism. That was in 2010 and 7 years later we have made a friend for life. Friendly, professional, caring, what more can you ask for in a realtor.

They are very knowledgeable, organized, respond quickly to questions/concerns, honest about important information, patient through the whole process and last but definitely not least they are some of the nicest people you  will ever meet. Our of this world experience!

Our first communication with Tom & Shirley was on the phone. We lived in Cincinnati, and have a son that lives in Orlando working for Disney. We had always wanted to retire to a warm climate, and we started looking online at suburbs around Orlando. We came across one of Tom & Shirley’s YouTube videos, featuring a 55+ gated community, and decided to give her a call. From the very first conversation, we could tell that she cared for her clients and wanted to get to know their wants and needs in order to find the home of their dreams. We were going to visit our son for a few days over the holidays and decided to go out with Tom & Shirley and look at some real estate, just to see firsthand what the market was like. Incredibly, within 2 days, we were able to find and put an offer in on our dream retirement retreat, before flying back home! We felt like we were in very capable hands as they walked us through every step of the transaction. Tom was at the home inspection, placing a FaceTime call with us so that we could see and hear what the inspector was looking at. Two words to describe Tom and Shirley, “Special Agents”. When we made the decision to buy in Florida, we needed more than an agent that would just send us listings. We needed agents that truly had our best interest in heart. We didn’t need agents that would talk over us or rank their attentiveness on the price of the house we can purchase. Tom and Shirley made us feel we were their only clients and they gave us the confidence that they were looking for property for long lost friends. There are so much more we can say about Tom and Shirley but I don’t want to loose your attention by writing a 100 page affidavit.
